Amuseables Horatio Pistachio comes from a very fine family indeed! He’ll tell you (always politely!) that pistachios are technically seeds, not nuts, and that his distinguished lineage traces all the way back to a sunny orchard in southern Italy.
Despite his grand name, Horatio has always been a bit shy—until a craft chocolate course helped him finally come out of his shell. Now, whether he’s hand-rolling artisan truffles or pouring viral Dubai-style chocolate slabs, he’s happiest in the kitchen: sticky, smiling, and full of newfound confidence. He’s even brought you a fresh batch to try... just be kind, as he’s still learning how to temper!
