Royal Mail Returns Portal

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

A £3.50 charge may be incurred and deducted from your refund.

Instructions:

  1. Type in our name: Curios Gifts
  2. Order Reference: The original order number. It's 5 digits plus hashtag eg. #44135 - six characters in total.
  3. Your email address used in your original order.
  4. Your delivery postcode.

Bring your item to a Locker, Royal Mail Shop or Delivery Office, and Royal Mail will handle the rest. No printer required!

Collect from your door

Royal Mail don't just deliver, they'll collect your parcels and bring a return label too.

Print at home

Print your label and drop off at a Parcel Postbox, Delivery Office or Royal Mail Shop.
