We do post every working day (Monday-Friday) but Royal Mail are suffering some delays in certain areas due to the pandemic and increased workload
UK Shipping
- Free standard delivery on UK orders on or over £9.99
- Goods placed before 11 am are usually dispatched the same day
Most orders will be dispatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail 48 (excluding Saturdays & Sundays)
Standard Shipping up to £9.99 = £2.40
Royal Mail First Class = £3.50 (not as reliable as tracked)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 = £5.25 (More reliable 24 hour delivery)
For Royal Mail 24® we aim to deliver the next working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) from the day of postage.
Although most of our orders arrive within 3 days, please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.
Royal Mail does not collect from us on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
International Shipping
- International Delivery is £25
This may increase if this is a multiple order that goes over a certain weight.
Our delivery aims are 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday) and exclude the day of posting, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays in the UK and overseas. Our delivery aims also assume that items are not held in customs.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
