Amuseables Egglantine is absolutely all about summer—but only from a very safe, shaded distance! She genuinely adores the warmth, provided she is safely tucked under a large parasol, completely smothered in SPF 50, and wearing a wide-brimmed sun hat that could easily double as a small tent. After all, fried eggs have to be incredibly careful in the heat.
Egglantine firmly insists that staying in the shade is "the sophisticated choice," allowing far more room for good books, iced tea, and witty conversation. Plus, there is much less risk of having your premium sun lounger spot stolen when you pop off to grab an ice cream. So while she loves the sun, she prefers it indirectly; toasted bread is a yes, but a toasted yolk is absolutely out of the question!
