UK Shipping

  • Free standard delivery on UK orders on or over £9.99 (2-3 Working days from dispatch)
  • Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same day

Large Letters up to £9.99 = 99p
Royal Mail First Class = £3.50 (not as reliable as tracked) 
Royal Mail Tracked 24 = £6.00 (More reliable 24 hour delivery)
For Royal Mail 24® we aim to deliver the next working day (excluding Bank Holidays) from the day of postage.

 

Although most of our orders arrive within 3 days, please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.

Royal Mail does not collect from us on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

 

International Shipping

  • International Delivery is £25
This may increase if this is a multiple order that goes over a certain weight.
Our delivery aims are 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday) and exclude the day of posting, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays in the UK and overseas. Our delivery aims also assume that items are not held in customs.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
