All about Joma Jewellery - F.A.Q.
What metal is Joma Jewellery? / What is it made of?
Aside from the earrings, Joma Jewellery is brass with either silver, rose gold or gold plating (sometimes even all three with the multicolour items). The standard plating is thicker than most high-street jewellery and tested for durability. On top of this, a protective coating is applied which protects the jewellery from tarnishing, typically lasting 2-3 years under normal wear.
The Joma Jewellery earrings feature sterling silver posts (with gold or rose gold plating as appropriate). Hook earrings are brass with either silver or rose gold plating.
Can you get Joma Jewellery wet?
We advise not to swim, bathe, or shower while wearing the jewellery; and to avoid spraying perfume or chemicals over it. This will keep your jewellery in it's best condition and reduce tarnishing.
How do you clean Joma Jewellery?
Clean with a dry and soft cloth to maintain shine. Do not use silver cleaner or silver dip and try to avoid overcleaning. Keep jewellery bracelets separately to keep them scratch-free. Avoid chemical agents, such as detergents, bleaches, ammonia, chlorine, perfumes, body creams and hairspray.
Do Joma bracelets come in different sizes?
Other bracelets can vary but look out for the dimensions on our product pages
Necklaces are usually 46 cm with a 5cm extender.
Does Joma Jewellery come with gift bags?
We are an official authorised retailer so yes, we do supply original gift bags with purchases. The only exception are boxed items. As the bracelets are encased in a beautiful box the gift bag is unnecessary (and too small).
Our adult gift bags are white and childrens / girls gift bags are pink/peach.
